The Rolex Submariner is likely the most famous diving timepiece ever created. Featuring a brilliant blue dial, with blue ceramic bezel, the dial is punctuated with circular luminous dot hour markers and a date window. First introduced back in the early 1950's, this was the first watch to be water resistant to 300m and throughout its production it has been often refreshed with a series of Rolex modifications to ensure its accuracy. In addition, in 2008 the Submariner received a new case with heavier lugs and crown guard a cerachrome (ceramic) bezel and updated clasp featuring a quick adjust function were also added. Presented on a stainless steel and gold oyster bracelet, supplied with the original Rolex boxes, warranty card, both swing tags, instruction manual and original purchase receipt. Purchased originally through a well known UK Rolex retailer in June 2014.
