I had read the reviews and was skeptical about purchasing something from theshop. The item arrived less than 12 hours from me ordering it. I was unsure of how to change the date and thought the Baume Chronograph I purchased was broken and called in to the repair department. Levi answered the call and could not have been more pleasant. After going back and forth about removing the watch from being re-boxed by me to ship back he had me look for a little part to reset the date. It worked perfect and I could not be happier. The cost savings was unbelievable. Its equivalent to purchasing a brand new cell phone when the newer model is launched. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks.
