I've just purchased my 8th watch from the. purchasing and delivery are great. The one complaint I have is that it off all the watches, 4 of them had deficiencies. The amount that I paid for these watches, a 50 percent average is really not that good. 2 of them, the second hands do not wind back to the 12 position. Another, a gift for my dad, the time lags even on brand new batteries. The other, out of the box, a fantastic watch. However when I took it out of the box and put it on my wrist, the strap goes into 2 loops that as soon as I touched broke off. Because I live in Toronto, there was a time the did not ship across the border so I had the watches shipped to family in the States and then sent to me. So for the 30 day warranty, I was mostly out of luck. Had to contact every watch brand to have the issues corrected. Some at my own cost. Would I still buy from the? Because of the price, yes. It would seem their quality control would have to improve a little if anything.Thx
