When ordering a $1,300 watch, I expect some sort of professionalism and customer service. As I found out, UPS overnight deliver has a restriction on it so you won't be able to reroute delivery to a UPS access point for pick up. Calling customer service, you wait in line for 20 minutes then are greeted by the most rude person. Brash, short, unwilling to help. If you try online chat, same experience. Unbelievable. How can any business survive with this kind of customer service?
