and I wanted to buy my brother a graduation watch but we're hard-pressed for cash ... Until we found theshop. The financing option and the discounted price made it possible for us to purchase exactly what we wanted and in record time!

theshop has awful Customer Service and swindled me out of my money back. I purchased a watch on 06.11.15 that came broken. I called within 24 hours of receiving the watch and sat on hold for 55 minutes with Call Center. After finally getting Agent, I was instructed to "leave crown open for 24 hours, then wear, do not wind for 12 hours of normal use". After following instructions, the watch was still broken. I then was instructed to return the watch. I did and did not hear back for 45 days from theshop. I reached out 3-4 times and was always promised an update within "1-2 days" but never received update. Finally, I reached out on 07.28 and the watch is fixed but now my option for my money back is null and void for "too much time" and because I "wore the watch" after they specifically told me too. I now am waiting to receive the watch back that may or may not work and out thousand's of dollars.I will never do business with theshop again and suggest others should goto a local retailer instead.
