theshop offered a great price and rapid service but they neglected to discount the promo code they sent me and currently, the watch has stopped twice for no apparent reason. I reset it and it starts again but I don't know when it's going to stop again. This is so weird and I've only had it for days. Order # .

This company appears to provide a good range of authentic products. However, if they cannot deliver them to you, nor provide a refund, for 6 weeks (and counting...) after you have placed your order then they quality of their stock is irrelevant. Support staff are unhelpful, disinterested and just want to get you off the line as quickly as possible. They also say things like "... well, if your item isnt there by XYZ date, then we will launch an investigation
