hello my name is biresh and i am from south africa, i bought a watch from theshop on the 01/08/2016 order no: , right up till today 18/08/2016 i did not receive my watch. i received a call from the customs office in south africa and they told me that the box was empty and that it had been tampered with, they got the impression that i went to usa and bought a watch and sent the empty box back to sa to save on customs, but unfortunately i haven't been over seas my whole life. So i contacted theshop and they told me they will investigate, their policy is 45 days from the date purchased for a claim to be sorted. i'v sent them over 8 e-mails concerning this problem during this period and they told me to wait for the claims process. well 45 days have passed and i e-mailed them to find out whats happening and there is no reply at all from them, i tried calling and i was put on hold and no one helped me. the reason why i posted this is that i hope someone from theshop reads this and helps me solve my problem, as nobody wants to help me from their customer service. i have the feeling that i have been robbed because i did not receive my watch nor did i get my money back.
