This company does not honor warranties on watches that are defective. I purchased a watch for $400 and less than 6 months later the watch stopped working. After returning the watch for repair, they refused to repair it stating “damages are not covered”. Apparently the inside of the watch was rusted and theshop states this was because the pin was left open then emerged in water, which is just not the truth. This watch was not worn in water, although it was advertised as waterproof with a 2 year warranty. Watches are not the quality described on the site.

Got the watch I wanted for less than anywhere else I could find online. I had a code for free shipping, and it was sent Priority mail so only took a few days to arrive. I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend theshop.
