Good shipping time

my experience with theshop was great. I had one issue when they sent an email that my item was back ordered for a few weeks and I would be receiving after Christmas. When I called that day to cancel since I ordered the item from another site I was told the email was sent in error and the item had shipped already. It was an inconvenience to me to then return the other item.
