I never usually review companies, but was so happy with theshop.com that I felt I should.After searching other sites extensively I found theshop.com I ordered my '' Swiss watch with theshop as they offered the best price . However, upon placing a double order by mistake,I simply rang and talked to Rina. She promptly sorted it out without any fuss .she offered friendly and professional customer service which is a rare thing.
