I purchased a Citizen echo drive for several hundred dollars. I am a disabled Veteran so I am not an overly active person, the band of this watch broke in just over a month. The replacement band is $149.99 because the warranty does not cover the band. I know now that I will not ever do business with theshop again. If you expect quality service on a major purchase, go elsewhere. Don't waste your money at theshop.
