I bought at theshop 4 times. And I completely satisfied with their service. Price not so highI willing to buy other watch next time !

Ordered a $9,000 watch as a wedding gift. Watch arrived but was not working properly. Went through the return process etc. Initially we were told that the repair would likely take anything between 4 and 6 weeks as the repair needed to be done by a third party. The "repair" was however taking forever. So we inquired 2 months later. And 3 months later etc etc. We were made false promises all along the way and theshop even fed us blunt lies about expected repair and return date. We needed to make numerous phones calls and emails, trying to find out the status of this expensive watch we paid for months and months ago. The info and promises from theshop was never truthful. When they finally shipped back the watch (UPS Ground, 6 days from NYC to classy indeed they are) - it was days short of being 6 months after our purchase!! - then they omitted to put my phone number on the UPS shipping order - resulting in additional delays with delivery. When calling theshop to ask if they could contact UPS and ask them whether we could pick up the watch personally at a UPS store they promised they would instruct UPS accordingly. Naturally they did not even uphold that very last promise to a customer that spent almost $9,000 with them and basically waited half a year to actually be able to enjoy his purchase - instead - when calling them and asking to speak to a supervisor - I end up getting verbally abused, called a liar and insulted by that "supervisor lady" - as opposed to them trying to make up for the 6 months they kept us running after the proverbial carrot. We are very glad we finally do not have to deal with anyone at theshop anymore. This is definitely THE WORSE online buying experience we have EVER had in our lives. THINK TWICE before spending your money with such an unprofessional and deceptive company as theshop. Take my advise and rather spend a couple of dollars extra elsewhere and spare yourself a a potential nightmare. 6 F WAIT AND FRUSTRATION TO FINALLY RECEIVE A $9,000 "REPAIRED PRODUCT" (that never worked properly since the day we received it from them). Accidents and malfunctions happen and are nobody's fault - however the way you treat a customer (once you have taken their money) is a CHOICE theshop.
