I have bought quite a few watches from theshop, both inexpensive ones and reasonably expensive ones. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of my experience. In two cases I have had to act on the warranty and send my watches back for repair, once for a Chopard, and once for a Baume et The process was easy and I was kept up to date on the progress along the way. es were fixed quickly and perfectly, and with these experiences I am more comfortable than ever making my purchases from theshop.,"1

Shopping with theshop is very easy, smooth, and straight forward. I'd been shopping around for the best price on a watch for months and found that theshop was selling it the lowest price. This is also the 3rd watch (Order # I've bought from them where I've found the lowest price. Now I use theshop to cross shop others.

I ordered 2 watches and the first watch came right away but the second was on back order for 2-6 weeks. In the meantime I found that I didn't need the second watch and canceled the order. theshop took care of the refund and I am happy with the price and what I kept. I intend to look here first when I need a new watch.
