I ordered this watch after I saw it at a jewelry store. theshop pricing was 70% less than the $6900 the jewellery store had it for at ey offered me 20% off but that was still a lot more than theshop. So I ordered it and it came promptly despite using the free shipping option. However when it arrived, I received a special offer from theshop by email for a $300 Coupon for the same watch! I called but they told me that I must take price reduction adjustment through a service provider. I wasted 30 minutes to find out that my purchase could only be adjusted by $100, and that it also did not qualify as it was a coupon that reduced the price. I called theshop back and they still insisted that they would not refund the difference! So I started the return process, ship the watch back, repurchased the same watch and paid for express shipping to get the new watch for Christmas. I ended up paying $100 in shipping between the express return and express delivery of the new one but still was up $200. theshop did not profit from this exercise, they just wasted time. The watch itself is beautiful, I had it sized by the jeweler I first saw the watch at, he confirmed it was a real Baume et (for those of you who thinktheshop sells knockoff!) they charged me $21. In all Very Happy with the watch and the price, disappointed that an easier resolution was not offered by theshop!
