I bought a watch from this company and looked at for about 2 minutes. I decided that I didn't like it so I packaged it back up and mailed it back via UPS (which cost extra $$). I never had it sized or even wore it! When they got it back, they declined the return saying that the watch had some scratches on it. This is not even possible since I never even wore the watch. I called and spoke to a manager and explained to him that the watch was never worn and that it must have been shipped that way. He said that there was nothing he could do to help me and that they were going to ship the watch back to me. I will refuse the package when it arrives and am disputing the charge. The funny thing is that I was looking at another watch from theshop but now I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again and am recommending that you don't either.

This was a great first experience with theshop. I will be purchasing more watches from them in the future, especially if they continue with the high quality service and excellent prices. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have been ordering Swarovski Christmas ornaments for my mom from theshop for over ten years, annually. Every year theshop beats all other prices and sends a perfect package promptly. I have zero complaints, and have never had any issues. theshop has consistently topped my expectations. I highly recommend theshop. ,"1

I ordered a new Omega Seamaster from theshop at a great price. When I began tracking the shipment, I found out that theshop had placed restrictions with the carrier which would not permit me to pick up the watch. Since I work and would not likely be home to sign for the watch, I contacted UPS, who advised me to contact theshop. Only they could lift the restrictions. The first person I spoke with in customer service was rude. She gave me her email address and told me to email her from my work email and submit my request for her consideration. Why not from my home email address? No, I was told. Has to be my work email. Since I was at home, I had to wait until the following day to do this. Next day I sent her my email request to lift the restriction preventing me from being able to pick up the watch from my UPS distribution center. By the end of the work day she had still not responded. That evening I called theshop customer service again. This time I spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful. He said he had seen my email and would be more than happy to lift the shipping restriction, which he did. I was able to pick up my watch the next day. So, depending upon whom you speak with in customer service, you could have an incredibly awful experience or a very pleasant one.
