This site was reccommended to me by a friend who is a watch enthusiast after I told him I needed a slender silver watch. He raved about it and I have to say that I agree! The selection was fantastic, the website streamlined. ase arrived just 3 days after I ordered it which was much appreciated. The packaging was protective and my items arrived in tact. Overall I had a really excellent experience and will be shopping here again as well as recommending my friends do the same.

I ordered a atch the week of Oct 12,2015. I had some questions and attempted to call customer service. I was told what # caller I was and told the approximate wait time was 3 min., after a minute or so I was again told this info with a similar wait time. After 25 min of holding I gave up. Fortunately for me the watch was just what I wanted with absolutely no help from customer service!!!

I ordered a watch on theshop and after 2 weeks it still hadn't arrived. Tried writing them to check on my order status and received no reply for 5 days. Finally, after 3 weeks from the order date, I received a message that the product was "out-of-stock" and they were giving me a $5 coupon for my trouble. Seriously?? Waste of time and unprofessional.
