To whom it may concern, I purchased a breitling from theshop last week and called to inquire about their return policy and warranty guarantee.A customer service rep transferred me to her manager who was the rudest and most disrespectful individual I've ever had to deal with.He proceeded to put me on hold for TWO AND A HALF HOURS after refusing to transfer me to another representative!!!Please pull the recording of my conversation to confirm the amount of time he placed me on hold as I explained to him in Hebrew which he spoke that I would report his terrible behavior and inexcusable disrespect for a customer who has just spent over $5000 in theshop!After today's shocking conversation with that customer service department manager, I will never purchase another item from theshop and will only proceed to file as many complaints with as many forums and organizations as will be available.Their customer service department is appalling and theshop should be ashamed to be treating their customers in such a despicable manner.
