Placed my order ight with overnight delivery option. The theshop accepted my order, without any reservations, with $38 cover for urgent delivery. After not receiving the Item on Wednesday, I have called theshop, waited 20 minutes for the person to answer. The representative told me that due to the religious holidays they only start processing orders now (I was never told about it when I placed my order). She didn't even apologised for failing to inform the customer, who requested overnight delivery, that this option is unavailable.... However, she promised to ship it out right away, and I can receive it by Thursday. Of course, it didn't come on Thursday. Called back today. Apparently, they just shipped it away on Thursday, as a ground...What is the point to offer overnight delivery option, if its takes 3 days to sheep the order? If i knew about this type of "overnight delivery
