I just bought new Baume and Hampton Silver Dial Au watch from theshop as gift to my friend. It turns out non-working with scratches on the side!!!I didn't check it when I received it as I thought they sell Brand New, high quality, real watches. It is terrible and awful experience working with the customer service. They are not responsible. They never answer your phone. After you waited very long time on the line, they just hang up the phone.I gave my experience to all the customers. Pay attention with your purchase on theshop!!!!!
