order number is . If you like value for your money, this is the place to go! I am an avid watch collector and having dozens and dozens of watches, I feel that I have found some extraordinary deals here as opposed to other places while on sale. I have not tested any other features other than the purchasing of watches comma butt the expedients, the care, the packaging for safety and the overall experience was something that I would hope for from every retailer and, as most of us know, we cannot expect it from every retailer. Up to this point, I have yet to have any thoughts at all and have been extremely satisfied every time.Regards,Jason

there was a issue with the watch i had purchased but the customer service department had no problem replacing it and shipping the replacement overnight!.. very nice and understanding company who wont hassle you with your purchase. (J8129808)
