I bought a watch from this store when in the US.I ordered another when back in the UK. Ordered on a Tuesday to be told it should be back in stock within a couple of weeks. 2 days later it was in stock and shipped out on the Friday and delivered to my door the following Wednesday. Great watch, price and service.Thank you

I have purchased 2 watched from thes Shop now. The Heritage Bay Tudor and the all black Tissot Solar Watch. thes had the lowest prices I could find for these 2 watches. Shipment was immediate and when I called in to ask questions about the watch maintenance, I received excellent service. I like these watched and I appreciate thes Shop.

Bear with me here because some or many of you might think my comments are an over reaction. But bottom line, these guys are selling stuff at a relatively high price point and in that context, inaccurate representation of facts, under publication of disclaimers or other relevant information and poor customer service are simply unacceptable (to me). I frankly would rather not go the the aggravation of being unhappy about a transaction than getting something cheap. Transaction #1: Ordered a c pen that was nicely priced. It was a replacement pen for one I already owned because the enamel broke. That being the case, I was looking for the warranty book and stamp when the pen arrived. No stamp. Therefore, no warranty. I called theshop and they said something like, "c doesn't like us selling their pens at this price point, so no warranty available." The phone conversation sounded strangely like some exaggerated parody of a New Jersey reality show but the short answer was they, in essence, said I must have been stupid not to see there would be no warranty.Transaction #2: Yes, I am stupid because from there I kept on reading their email blasts which were hitting my inbox at least daily. Even stupider because I decided to buy something else. As a proxy for a gift from my wife, I placed an order for a Porsche Design watch on special. Good price for sure. I own a ton of watches, so I looked at the specifications very carefully before hitting the button. While this was supposedly a good deal, it's not exactly a cheap item, so I was surprised when it took more than two weeks to arrive. Then, I was traveling, so my wife opened it and took the wrapper off - the one that says if you take this off, not only can you not return the item, but we will threaten you with bodily harm if you try to. Of course, I had checked very carefully to see what size the watch was - And it was very clearly listed at 44 mm. The watch they sent me was 40 mm. For those of you that collect watches, that's a big difference. Frankly, I was so disappointed, that after I sized it, I put the watch in a watch winder where it sits to this day, unworn. you would have tried to return it. Perhaps that's what I should have done. I unsubscribed (finally). Then, instead of following up to see if I was happy with the transaction, they sent me a link to review them. So here it is and I hope it is helpful to you.
