I bought a Kors watch for my girlfriend for Christmas from theshop, at first I was skeptical because of the price...they beat EVERY other store in that regard, I was also concerned about the authenticity of the watch and products.... But I did my research and soon realized that theshop was the real deal!I orders the watch on Friday and on t was delivered to my house before 5pm....and this was just with standard ground shipping!action with customer service over the phone was pretty good and informative (I had called to get some information on the processing of the watch)Overall the experience was good and I would recommend theshop!P.S. riend LOVES her gift! :)Order# ,"1

I bought a Citizen Eco-Watch. The ad says "luminous hands". Well, not mine.I called the and was promised a call back that never came. I never wore that watch and probably will not buy from this outfit anymore, being that if the ad is untrue and promises made were reneged, this company couldn't be trusted in all aspect beginning from the merchandise they are selling to customer services. BTW, Citizen informed me that JO "unauthorized dealer".
