This review is for order number : There are many articles on the web to scare you from taking advantage of better prices, prices that are realistic and not inflated to artificially make a brand prestigious. The main point elaborated by these articles is the warranty issues. on this is these are high end watches designed to be reliable, so majority of the time you will be fine, for the cases where you do have a problem, instead of sending it back to the manufacturer you simply let theshop take care of it for you.You have to bear in mind that a lot of negative comments are by people who have damaged the goods accidentally and violated the terms of the warranty then are fighting to hold the store responsible.All in all my experience so far has been very good

Very happy with my order Citizen Eco watch for my husbands birthday. Very prompt service. Only hick up is that when I went to register the watch warranty they said that theshop is not an authorized dealer what ever that means.
