I ordered a Hamilton watch (order # from theshop, and in no time my watch was at my door. The watch was a great value already and as a new customer signing up to get on the email list, I received an additional discount on my order. It came well packed in its original box with all the contents that comes in the box -- manual and warranty information. I am very pleased with my purchase; getting a lot of compliments on my new watch. Thanks, theshop! I even referred my boss to the site as he is looking to get his sister a nice watch for Christmas.

I purchased a Hublot Unico from theshop. Site said they had it in stock but finally they didn't so it took 2-3 mores days to ship. When i received the watch i immediately notice that the bracelet was to small even after adjusting it. I sent a email to JO they sent a generic reply "We do not have extra links to add to the bracelet however you can contact a local jeweler to purchase more links if you would like".... euhh.. it's a rubber bracelet there are no links !!.... then it continued until i just abandonned the issue. SO warning.. they DO NOT give any service or support for any purchases like your local HUBLOT dealer would. ... you are just a transaction.
