I opted for a regular delivery and then I was given 2 day priority delivery and the choice of watches are just amazing on this website.I would use this website for watches rather than Amazon.

I have ordered no. and it were delivery on time. Both of my watches are reallllllyyyy cool. No damage at all. You can trust on theshop because I ordered ob and it took two weeks for waiting so they told me that they would cut my card after shipping. Unfortunately,I cant wait for it so I mailed to them to cancel it and they reply me real fast. Good Job!!

Purchased a movado watch as a gift. the shop had the best price. However when the recipient tried it on 2 weeks later, she noticed it was scratching her wrist. The braclet was unfinished and there were metal barbs sticking out the side. I contacted the to let them know they sent me a damaged watch, and they sent me an email telling me the warranty doesn't cover the bracelet only the watch itself. I wrote them back asking why the warranty matters if they sent a damaged product to me in the first place and they said that I should have notified them within 5 days. Since it was a gift it wasn't worn for 2 weeks, but they didn't seem to care. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. And they are not an authorized dealer so you can't go to the manufacturer with your problem. Try a different company. the shop is very shady.

I learned about theshop.com from a business associate several years ago. every so often would go to the site to look at watches. I like Luminox and Citzen brand watches. I bought a navy blue Citizen Eco-Drive watch for my self for my birthday last month. I have to say it was one of the easiest online purchases I have ever made. I received it under the specified time and have thoroughly enjoyed it! I would refer this site to anyone!
