Ordered a Frederique Constant Worldtimer to add to my modest collection. Dealt with Levi who told me the FC Worldtimer with the blue strap and world map silhouette was not in stock, but he can get it for me. He obtained the watch and it was delivered to my house within a week! Very nice watch, great value, good price, good customer service once I got through. It seems that if you are on hold for a while they offer you a 20$ coupon towards your next purchase. Nice gesture. I have only good things to say about the company.
