When a transaction is successful, and you do not need to reach out to the, they perform well. HOWEVER, in the event of any, and I mean ANY issue, the customer is out of luck. I have placed several orders with them despite the poor customer service simply because I wanted to save money, but it is getting more and more difficult to deal with them. I now always check Amazon prices first and if they are similar, I order via Prime because they handle issues really, really well. I am a heavy online shopper because I shop for my whole family who lives overseas, so when I compare the to other retailers and they fall short, believe me, it's not a good thing! Here is an overall list of theshop shortcomings as a retailer which I have experienced: 1. fails to notify the buyer when a product is out of stock (they do not charge you for it, they simply ship whatever you ordered w/o letting you know one of the items is not available). 2. Shipping can be VERY VERY LATE and you will not be notified of anything. So if you are on a timeframe, you might want to consider Amazon. 3. If you experience any problem with the payment method, they email you 3 times (nice!), but they neither respond nor take your calls. the offers the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and this is coming from a heavy online shopper. As an example, I called yesterday within their hours of operation and after hearing a recording saying that my call would be next, I was on hold for 1 hour. No one ever picked up. Half hour into this long and unexpected waiting, I called the number from a different line... so I was on hold on two lines. Same result. I tried calling because I had responded to their email about a wrong address 3 times.... I got one answer back which had NOTHING to do with the questions I asked. I used a local debit card with an international address because my uncle lives in Brazil and he was paying for the order. I am no scammer, but the makes you feel that way. If the orders continue to come in, I doubt the will improve their customer care. Just check out Yelp.com and see their customer service ratings. Again, when the order goes thru fine, the only problem you may have is delayed shipping and lack of notification on out of stock items, but it gets worse when you have a more serious issue. the customers may think the is great, until the day they have to call customer service. And I really hope you never have to deal with returns. It will be a traumatic experience. I'm giving the and extra star because their prices are low and sometimes orders do go through without any issues.

I ordered my wife a atch for our anniversary. I received an email acknowledgement email stating I would receive an email when it ships. 4 weeks later I call to see why I had not heard anything. I was put on hold for several minutes, and then abruptly told they were out of stock and would I like to choose a different watch! Anniversary came and gone. I asked for a refund. I asked why I was just left waiting what obviously would have been forever. I was told I should have been emailed but wasn't!! Terrible service and very questionable ethics! This was a $700 order! BEWARE!!!

When I was looking for a decent price on a watch for my boyfriend I just couldn't find anything. I then came across theshop and the watch was a decent price and they had coupons. I received this watch fast and without any issues!
