I placed an order about 10 weeks ago on a Tommy Hilfiger watch, in which was on back order for 4-6 weeks. Six weeks went by and I was not even notified once on the status on my order. I then called their customer service line and the representative seemed clueless and then told me it would be back ordered an additional 1-2 weeks. Two weeks passed, still not even notified, I had to call again to be updated on the status of the order and then was told it was on back order another 1-2 weeks. This company does not seem to have good relations with their suppliers and puts no efforts to accommodate the consumer. I am very unsatisfied with the service and am still currently waiting for my order.
