Every year around September I buy myself a new watch, it represents another year sober. This year my husband and I decided to get each other a watch for our wedding anniversary, I loved our purchase, and I get so many compliments. Every time I look down at my wrist it reminds me how far I have come, how much farther I pray to go, and how very valuable time is!!!!!! We will be buying all our watches from theshop, also told all my friends about you as well!!!! Holly

I purchased a Frederique Constant Slimline Watch from theshop (order . The website stated the watch was in stock at the time of purchase. After making the purchase I received an email saying that the watch was not in stock and would be delivered in 3 weeks. I wrote to the customer service expressing my dissatisfaction. They told me that i could either cancel my order or wait the 3 weeks for the watch. A day later I get an email from theshop saying my watch has shipped and would be with me within 48 hours. 48 hours later I had my watch. The watch itself is fantastic but i got the distinct impression that a customer returned the watch and they sent it on to me. In the end though I loved the watch and decided to keep it.
