Customer service is a joke. I ordered one watch and it didn't work, Sent it back and reordered the same watch. They sent me an email 2 months later telling me the original watch had been repaired. I told them I already had a replacement and wanted a refund. To which they responded the watch showed wear so we have to send it back. The joke is that it was worn twice and it quit working. Don't waste your "-1
