I ordered a watch 3 weeks ago and it still has not been processed or shipped. Every time I call they give me attitude. I called today and the guy was treating me like a child. He said it will come next week. I asked him if it's arriving next week when is it going to be shipped and he replies "next week as well. If u didn't know a week is 5 days long." And if that isn't enough, after I said oh ok he hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced such an ill-mannered customer service before. theshop does have great deals but expected delivery was not accurate and customer service was terrible.

Watch was described perfectly, arrive earlier then attended & I will be shopping again!!!
