First time to try this company, impressive price discount and quick shipping. When I called the customer service regarding to the price dropping concerns, the customer service guy answered my questions in a very unpleasant way and took their policy of 8% restock fee as threat.... OK. It is expensive item and it is better to be authentic; otherwise, your policy (threat) is nothing.... Can the management teach him how to talk??

Came across theshop by chance, shopping for a watch that I'd been wanting for quite some time but couldn't afford. A $700 list price, and about $479 the lowest price I could find for months anywhere else (Amazon). Paid $359 at theshop, and the watch arrived in perfect condition, with perfect packaging, and everything. Couldn't be happier. Will use them again.
