I bought 3 . A wallet, purse and watch. Fast shopping and everything was well packaged when arrived. Nothing came damaged, like other reviews I've seen. Can I say liars?? Lol love love! I've ordered many Baccarat glasses. All arrived quickly and were very well packaged. The prices are the lowest I've found anywhere. Very happy!

The pricing may be great but I guess it's true when they say you always get what you pay for. I received the watch and the digital screen said "Lo Batt" on it. The watch could not function at all. This could have easily been a non unacceptable event if someone there had just glanced at the watch face to see that the battery was already low. A battery replacement would have been made then and there would be a very satisfied customer (me) on this end. When I wrote back about the battery they replied that they would issue a $15.00 credit towards my getting the battery replaced locally. That's good and fine but it's not about crediting me the $15.00 and problem solved. I still have to go through the additional time and hassle of getting the battery replaced locally--which is not an easy task in my small city. In fact, I had to send the watch away for battery replacement and you can imagine how much that cost me. All in all, not a very pleasant shopping experience--and it didn't really have to happen if they just took a few additional steps before mailing me my watch.
