I ordered a watch from theshop a month ago and paid for quick shipping. I waited 10 days after my order, and it had not shipped, so I called the customer service line to figure out what had happened. It was during this call that theshop told me that my item was on backorder, and that they would not have it in stock for 1-3 weeks. I never got warning of this before my purchase. I almost cancelled my order, but decided to stick it out instead. It has been 3 more weeks since then, and my watch still hasn't shipped. Every time I call or email, they tell me that they should "get the item in this week" and that I'll get a confirmation when it ships, but so far that has never proved to be true. The customer service has been generally unhelpful besides repeating that same untrue line about the item coming into stock soon. It has been a nightmare trying to get my purchase, and I will not be buying from theshop again.
