Ordered Seiko watch, theshop charged credit card, no tracking number provided at time of order. Waited two days, still no tracking number. Called customer service, they told me it had shipped and I would receive tracking number in the morning, I waited, still no tracking number. I emailed customer service, they said it had shipped and I would receive tracking number in 48 hours, I waited, still nothing. I used chat feature and spoke to another rep who said the vendor had shipped the item already, but had not provided a tracking number. I waited. Then, they were closed two days for holiday. When they returned, they sent me email saying they could not obtain the watch. What? But I thought it already shipped? Terrible service, dishonest advertising, dishonest people. Do not shop here.
