If you need a watch to be delivered on time then forget about it. I ordered 3 Seiko pieces at the same time and I did not receive anything in the mail for two weeks. I called them and they said there a glitch in the system and they had never shipped my order. Ok fine. Got another email saying 1 of the item that they had 'sold' me was noW out of order so they asked me to choose another one. Ok fine. Three days later got my package there is only 1 watch inside. WTF! Called them and again they said it is a glitch in the system and they had now mailed me the other 2. Two days later, guess what, only 1 more watch in the box. Beyond ridiculous, had to call again and the 'customer service' guy talked to me like it was my fault. Ended up cancelling the order. Just don't buy from this HORRIBLE PLACE!

Bought Fossile watch from theshop and fully satisfied on the product and shipment. Price was very less compared to other websites & shops. Feeling good!!

I've bought a few watches from theshop, including a Citizens and a Brooklyn watch. Easy and fast shipping, never any reservations about authenticity. The one issue I had with the Brooklyn watch, was when the minute hand didnt work, it was after the 30 days return policy but it was still under a protection plan. Sent it back and it was fixed in a timely manner. Good Stuff! ( )
