I am really disappointed with my experience with customer service. I bought a watch for my husband for our anniversary. When he opened it we couldn't get the date to change. I immediately emailed but have yet to receive a response. We eventually got the date working but I would have expected to hear back by now. It's been 4 days.

I place an order with them on d, 2016, with the expectation that the order would take 3-7 business days to arrive. As of th, it had not processed, nor shipped, so I called them and canceled the order. I had sent multiple emails and had chat sessions ensuring that my order would "Ship the next day," only to check two days later and see the order still "processing." I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for luxury goods, as I was had to waste nearly an hour calling and chatting with their CSRs.

A perfect experience overall. Delivery was sooner than expected with excellent packaging and warranty card. The watch is a huge hit and I enjoyed the professional presentation when delivered.
