I have used theshop in the past for watch purchases with no problems. This seiko arrived with a defect on the dial. Called theshop and they gave me options to resolve problem. I kept watch and received a partial refund rather than return an unsellable watch. I am very satisfied with my dealings with theshop. I would recommend them for watch purchases.

Just found this site through a coworker a couple of weeks ago. Loved it and already bought two watches through theshop for Christmas. Awesome prices and selection. Bought two watch from them. nd tag heur. The tag was fine. Delivered on time. The movado was the problem. After 4 weeks the watch died. How in the world does the watch die after one month. I emailed them and they emailed me back saying they don't know what happened so I need to send the watch back. No apologies or prepaid stamp to send back. Just a simple no help response. Just a horrible service. I called them and they told me to change the battery and they will reimburse for the battery change. Just the fact that I have to change the battery for a new watch was bad enough but never received a apology. They have good discount but there customer service sucks
