I ordered a tag heuer watch from theshop (my 2nd from them), have been wanting to buy this watch for months now. regret is not buying it sooner as the price has gone up a little bit, but still they are the online seller with the lowest price. I asked for a price drop and was given a $20.00 off coupon, better than nothing (would have given 5 stars for the review if given more though). Customer service (chat) was great, not too responsive, they may have many customers chatting- giving them the benefit. Watch looks great! It arrived way sooner (2 days after order) than expected given that it shipped via UPS ground delivery. This is my second order with theshop and will not be my last.Paeng

theshop has good product and fair prices. The negative is on shipping cost and speed. purchase was a watch and I ordered it on Wednesday evening and paid an extra $18 to have it delivered in 2 days and the watch was delivered 5 days later on a ,"0
