I ordered a Tag Heuer watch from theshop in July and it said it was IN STOCK. a couple days later it then changes to a back ordered item. After contacting theshop they informed me it would be 3 to 6 weeks before it came in. I started emailing them and live chatting with them during the 5th week and NO ONE knew when my watch would actually come in. After 6-7 weeks they canceled my order out of the blue and did not inform me of anything. First time trying theshop and had a horrible time. The customer service is not great, as the customer service representative started ignoring my emails when I asked her for an ETA.

Quick shipping and the watch I purchased was exactly as described
