the Shop customer service is awful and their staff are rude. I recently placed an order with them and was asked to verify my paypal account status by submitting a screen shoot. nt was not marked verified as it is a UK account. I contacted Paylpal who advised me not to send screen shots to people as it breached security. In addition they confirmed that UK accounts do not show a verified status in the same way as a US account. Paypal therefore agreed to send me an email to confirm my account was verified this could then in turn be submitted this to theShop. The email was deemed to be insufficient but I was advised that I could pay by the unsecured method of a credit card??? Go figure?? I spoke with paypal again and them affirmed that I should not screen shot my account. the Shop is a complete waste of time and are rude and frustrating. I have never been so angry and disappointment with a company before. I do not know how they have so many positive reviews.

This was my first serious watch purchase. I looked around and studied for about 8 months, but just couldn't find what I was looking for in the price range I was willing to pay. Several veteran watch buyers told me to keep looking, and finally one of them turned me on to theshop. When I chatted with one of their people, I found out that I could not only get what I wanted for my price from them, but I could upgrade to a Titanium version for even less! I've told at least 10 people about theshop, 2 have made purchases, and another has made multiple purchases. You rock theshop!Order#
