I have an order #, I bought 2 watches obs on theshop for my wife. She really like it. She said: Awesome watches and give me one kiss :D. With me, I really like the quality of watches and service of theshop, I always believe this seller and I will choose theshop in the next time when I want to buy watches.

I placed an order theshop at 6/4 of a watch and a watch strap, then I received the package at 6/14. However where is one watch in the package, then I called the customer service and they reply me they will send me the strap sepratelly and send me a tracking number which dosen't exist and can no be tracked. I wait for a long time about the strap and I call the customer phone about 10 time to ask about where is it. It took about 25 minutes to wait to connect the phone everytime, and almost every representative of jamashop give me a different answer about it, some representatives said it already be sent together with the watch(absolutely it is not, what in the package is only a watch) ...some said it already been ship separately althought the tracking number is incorrect and I just need to wait....some said they will send me the correct tracking number of the strap( but i didn't received anymore email about it)... Some said they will initiate an investigation..(but I didn't receive any result of the investigation)...and actually some of representatives 'attitudes are so bad..... The last phone I call customer service the representative said it will take some days to refund me the money...Since then it already pass a week, I still didn't receive any refund...O worst online shopping experience on theshop and such worst experience of theshop customer service..... Really waste huge of my time and spirit...and not sure whether I can get back my money...
