I loved watch and theshop couldcould've have this watch without their deal

I was amazed at the great prices theshop offered on premium watches. I shopped around quite a bit before making my purchase, and its prices were the best. The service is also top notch. When I typed in my shipping address, I inadvertently put a space between two of the numbers on the address. This caused great confusion with UPS, which was going to return the watch. But theshop interceded and fixed the issue with UPS (correcting my own error). The theshop CSR responded immediately to my request for assistance and keep me updated on the progress with UPS. Oh, and the watch is awesome.

I purchased a watch for my wife's 40th birthday. The watch regularly sells for over $1,000 on other websites, but for only $650 on theshop. I had the watch next day aired to me and wrapped it in time for my wife's bday. After she opened her gift, I examined the watch closely and noticed there was a issue with it. I sent the watch back for a replacement, but they said it showed signs of wear. I guess simply handling it constitutes wearing it. Now I am waiting 6-8 weeks (YES 6 TO 8 WEEKS!) for a repair on the watch that hasn't even been worn. u wonder why they discount so heavily.
