I am normally a very patient individual; however, this company has not only tested my patience, but has completely disregarded any respect and rights I have as a customer. I cannot fathom how they can take such a simple, straight forward transaction and turn it into one of the most miserable experience in my life. They stripped me of the joy that I should have experience with this watch, which was a gift from a very special loved one and made it into a non-stop cycle of accusations, denials and total complete discourtesy. This gift did at one time held a very special importance to me and was expensive not only in value but in also in meaning. The only thing I requested and waited for was for my watch to be repaired in a timely matter. I was under the assumption that my watch was in the care of people who truly care for their customers. Instead, after days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months, my beloved watch still did not arrive. I would not have been so worried, if I was at least assured my watch was in some sort of progress of being fixed. However, it saddens me to say, I did not get no common courtesy of an update. So still with no watch, I finally decide to call and talk to this company directly and this is where my nightmare begins. Constant times put on hold and promised for a call back to no avail. Speaking to of condescending and patronizing tone, where all I wanted to know is where is my watch? You would think they could answer such a simply question, however, instead I get a lecture on how the company never ensured to fix my watch in a timely matter, but only said they “could” and “would” when the manager felt it was the right time. Well, the clock is still ticking and it’s funny how I’m still the one with no watch! Please, please I beg everyone who has ever been treated like they don’t matter and taken advantage of because of the lack of customer service to repost this on the only media us little people have to fight. Post it on Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, let my voice and your voice be heard! DO NOT SHOP OR DEAL WITH JO,"-1
