Ordered a tomatic watch from them after 2 weeks I finally received the shipment only to get a Women's automatic......prior to receiving watch, I confirmed with them that I was getting an automatic not a quartz.....well, called them and told them what had happened, that I am returning the watch, they said fine return it we will pay the postage, just put a receipt into the return shipment and we will sent you a check.....of course I had to go online USPS and open and account with them and print out a receipt along with postage etc....huge hassle, they couldn't care less...anyway, sent the watch back and it took them 1 week to finally credit my account, but they refused to reimburse me for postage after they said that they would, because they told me I ordered a women's watch not a mens. blah, blah , blah..I told them I have the original receipt, but they didn't care, no reimbursement....I told them I would file a BBB complaint, and they just yawned....have you ever heard of such a thing???? .IF I lived in Brooklyn, NY I'd go right to their office, but I don't so we will settle this with the BBB....They are just nasty.. NASTY people.....criminal liars I not use them under any circumstance.....you've been warned.
