This was my first watch purchase with an online retailer. I was quite nervous buying an expensive watch w/o actually seeing it. But with the fantastic support provided by Izhak and others at theshop.com, the purchase process was very smooth and the package arrived w/o any issues. I would definitely buy again from them and recommend to anybody who is ready to buy nice watches!

I have bought quite a lot of watches at the. ience is the price absolutely unbeatable. But the quality is in doubt and look like I am playing a game of luck. I have no problem with leather band watches. But it happened to me 3 times with metal strap watches, all 3 watches got rusted from the inside between strap joint after one month even i didnt wear them much.of course I contacted customer service and what I received was that they didnt cover strap according warranty policy. So I have just wasted my money
