Bought 2 watches on different occasions from theshop... 1st was excellent. 2nd, not so much. Watch was beautiful and appeared new. Rubber strap was already cut and sized to a smaller size and didn't fit me! Contacted customer service immediately and asked them to send another strap or a partial refund and I'll buy the correct strap - they refused. Said I could only return the watch and they'd 'look into it', of course it was on my dime and they listed about 10 criteria to do so. Although I'm happy with the watch, the strap that was sized for someone else with a tiny wrist tells me this could possibly be a prior purchase and return from someone else. This bothers me and it appears that I'll be having to buy another full sized strap that it should have been shipped with in the first place.I think theshop would garner better reviews if they didn't willingly resell obviously returned merchandise as NEW. watch had the original sales tag tied on the clasp, this one did not and the rubber strap was already sized to a smaller size. Only one conclusion can be made.
