Orders cannot be cancelled online. If you just refused package, they will charge both shipping fee and return shipping fee. Their return policy doesn't mention it online.It took me thousands of years to wait the customer service to pick up phone and the guy who answered me was very rude. I have never experienced such an untrained and ill-mannered customer service before. ess with theshop is done!

I have purchased 4 watches from theShop over the past few years. t purchase was a Breitling Navitimer (. I have been shopping this watch locally, on a past cruise ship and in the Caribbean. Others had this watch priced at anywhere between $1500-$3000 higher than theShop. Buying from them was a no brainer. The only issues were that I had to pay a local watch retailer to do an insurance appraisal and that the watch was shipped without the manufacturers paperwork. This was documented on my sales receipt and on their end. I did receive all of the paperwork about 2 weeks later.
