Bought an Omega, wore it for a week. Tracked and logged the difference in the time against an atomic clock (WatchTimer app and time.gov). The watch progressively fell slower and slower to the point where it was over a minute behind per day. This watch is COSC certified which means it should fall between the range of -4/+6 seconds a day. It's also outside of Omega specs of -1/+6 per day.The supervisor that I was forwarded to, fought hard against this. He would not debate with facts, saying that he has worked with automatic watches for a very long time to say that a minute slow per day is considered excellent accuracy. He constantly cut me off saying what I was saying were simply opinions against his. He wouldn't even listen to any facts. This is a load of bull. When I challenged him and asked him what the COSC standards were, he refused to reply saying he didn't want to get into a debate over facts. He simply did not know the answer and did not want to go through the trouble of handling my case. The supervisor (trustpilot does not allow names) would not provide his own supervisor's contact information so there is no way of escalating further. There is no accountability. The supervisor would not acknowledge any of the facts I provided and told me to hold - I put my phone on speaker and I was left on hold for 17 minutes and 25 seconds before I was disconnected. I'm am out $3,000 and that's a lesson learned. JOre dishonest and I suspect their products don't undergo the same quality assurance as the watches constructed for countries with authorized dealers. I also suspect that many of the reviews are fake and posted by employees because there is a pattern in many of their reviews. The money you save with this grey market dealer is not worth this trouble. You've been warned.
