I am a long standing customer of theshop. Each of my many purchases have been efficient in every way. Yes, there have been the rare occasion when some issue arose, but with the expert assistance of people like Dee, satisfaction was quickly achieved. The measure of a business is not whether issues arise (because they will). but rather the manner in which the issues are resolved. Dee and her customer service associates, have come through every time. I will continue to shop at theshop with complete confidence and enjoyment.
